I can't give 5 stars because the printer arrived with a software problem in the touch screen (because of this it began to print 15 days after delivery), a nut of the metallic base cover was loosen and there's a bit of rust on the metalic base (next to the loosen nut). I must say that customer service and Aliexpress person helped to me very hard to get the printer properly running. They've sent me a new touch screen to replace the original one (I had to pay half of the shipment costs, but I needed the printer running ASAP so it was sent by airmail) and after loading new firmware in the mainboard and touch screen, the printer is finally running and my first tests printing are very promissing. Although it is very soon for an opinion, at this moment I'm very happy with the printer and Tenlog customer service. Tenlog must test with real prints to avoid failures like mine. I'd like that the nozzle was a bit dirty with printed plastic, what would mean that the printer arrived fully tested.

The product worked out of the box, including most calibrations (just a few turns on the knobs to level the bed). The X-Y synchronization was perfectly calibrated. I did not at first see the shipment by the shipping reference, the TenLog representative took care of the problem very promptly. In other words, customer support at TenLog did a really good job. Very easy to assemble, the first print (a 2-color test) came out perfectly. So the printer "just works" out of the box. I highly recommend the Tenlog TL-D3PRO printer, a very good and well-functioning printer out of the box, supported by a really good customer support unit. ---"It just works" --- Thanks, Tenlog staff! jestem zadowolony z zakupu, co prawda drukarka ma głośne chłodzenie, za to ładnie drukuje bez skomplikowanych kalibracji, dołączone oprogramowanie wykrywa drukarkę i z nią bez problemu współpracuje, ulepszenia do wyższej wersji nie polecam, nie łączy z drukarką :(

great product is all I can say. items was nicely package and everything look new. after 1 1/2 day of using after set up with a few adjust on the software to slice. the printing came out great for a first timer user, yes this is my first time to use 3d printer. FYI it's not like just printing on paper. there a lot of software you need to know and how to use it to convert the file to slicing file to print. also if you have problem with printing not sticking on the bed, set the temp at 80c. learn this from YouTube. THANK YOU SO MUCH SELLER. Hope your services for this product is the same product you built. 5 stars all the way.
